- Personalized Diet Plans: Our Detox-Weight Loss Programme does not include personalized diet plans. The programme focuses on detoxification through psyllium drinks, supplements, and colon cleansing, but does not provide individualized meal plans.
- One-on-One Fitness Training: While our programme includes access to our fitness room and yoga classes, it does not offer personal fitness training sessions.
- Medical Consultations: Health Republic's Detox-Weight Loss Programme does not include medical consultations. We recommend that you consult with your healthcare provider before starting any detox or weight loss programme.

The journey begins with your arrival the afternoon before the first day of the detox. We welcome you with an introduction session at 6.00 pm, followed by a light evening broth and a herbal steam session. This pre-detox welcome is included in the programme price.
Each full detox day is structured to provide maximum benefits. The day starts with a yoga class to promote relaxation and mindfulness. Throughout the day, you will receive five detox drinks, proprietary herbal and intestinal cleanser supplements, and two colemas (coffee/anti-Candida/anti-parasite). We provide a modern, hygienic colema room, along with changing rooms and lockers for your convenience.
In addition to the detox elements, we also ensure your nutritional needs are met. You will receive a probiotic capsule in the evening before bed, two vegetable broth soups per day (lunch and evening), and two herbal steam sessions per day. To further enhance your detox experience, we offer a daily massage (60 minutes – 30 minutes Ampuku followed by 30 minutes head, neck & shoulders) and the use of our fitness room.
The programme concludes with a post-detox day, which includes a probiotic colema, probiotic capsules & drinks, and a light breaking-your-fast morning meal. This post-detox session is also included in the programme price.
