At Ecologic Thailand, we strive to provide a comprehensive and enriching experience for our 29 Days, Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at Ranong Jungle Eco-Resort. However, there are certain elements that are not included in this package.
- Accommodation: The training package does not include accommodation. We have a variety of options available, from riverside bungalows to shared dormitories, but these need to be booked separately.
- Meals: While we have a Food Forest Kitchen that serves delicious and nutritious meals, these are not included in the training package.
- Transportation: The package does not cover transportation to and from the resort. Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel.
- Additional Workshops and Courses: The 29-day training focuses on Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and a Self Healing Yoga & Thai Massage Workshop. Other workshops and courses, such as Mindfulness & Meditation for Children&Teens, Children Yoga Teacher Training, and Traditional Thai Yoga Massage, are not included.
- Muay Thai Training: Our resort offers Muay Thai training at a local school in Paksong village. However, this is not included in the yoga teacher training package.
- Thai Language and Culture Workshop: We offer a Thai language and culture workshop for those interested in deepening their understanding of Thai culture. This workshop is not included in the yoga teacher training package.
What is in the package?
When guests book the 29 Days, Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher Training, in Ranong Jungle Eco-Resort with Ecologic Thailand, they are signing up for a comprehensive and immersive experience. This package is meticulously designed to provide a holistic approach to yoga and wellness, combining traditional practices with unique cultural experiences.
The package includes all meals, ensuring guests are well-nourished with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Herbal tea and filtered drinking water are also provided throughout the stay, promoting hydration and wellness.
The training itself is comprehensive, with 12 yoga sessions included in the package. If guests wish to participate in additional yoga sessions, these can be arranged at an extra cost. The yoga training is complemented by meditation sessions, fostering a deeper connection with the self and the surrounding environment.
In addition to the yoga and meditation, the package also includes a traditional Thai massage workshop. This allows guests to learn and experience the therapeutic benefits of this ancient practice.
The package is not just about yoga and wellness, but also about experiencing the rich culture and natural beauty of Thailand. It includes a bracelet ceremony, a day trip to hot springs and a Thai temple, a tour on the premises, a river rafting trip with a local lunch, an edible forest tour, a Thai language session, a visit to a local market, and a Thai cooking course.
Guests will also have the opportunity to hike to a waterfall, with pickup service provided afterwards. The package also includes a unique opportunity to assist the CLC on Saturday with local children, providing a rewarding and enriching experience.
