- Secondly, our nearby Chai Talay Gym is available for use, but it is not included in the standard package. Guests wishing to use the gym will be charged a rate of THB 500 net/day per person, or a special rate of USD 300 net per week for up to 4 persons.
- Thirdly, while we do offer a range of beauty treatments and massages, these are not included in the standard package and will need to be arranged and paid for separately.
- Fourthly, while we are well equipped for families and offer a range of amenities such as high-chairs, baby cots, baby bath, pool toys and beach toys, nanny or babysitter services are not included and are available upon request at an extra charge.
- Fifthly, while we can arrange events for up to 40 seated guests or 70 standing guests, an event fee applies and is not included in the standard package.
- Lastly, while our resident chef is skilled in preparing Thai and western dishes, groceries are charged a 20% handling fee which is subject to a 7% government tax. This is not included in the standard package.
