A typical day begins with breakfast at 8:30 am, followed by exercises and yoga from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm. This session includes body awakening techniques and meditation, often held in the beauty of a nearby beach or island. After lunch and some free time, the afternoon from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm is dedicated to relaxation. This includes massages, individual care, free meditation in the garden, near the stream, or on a beach. Individual sessions are also available upon request. From 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, we offer free time for individual or collective sharing of feelings. A meditation session in front of the sunset on Klong Muang beach is also a possibility. The day concludes with dinner and sharing time under the stars from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm. During the evening, participants are encouraged to propose activities related to the retreat such as music, movies, or singing.

At Ananta Center in Ao-Nang, Thailand, we strive to provide a comprehensive spiritual retreat experience. However, there are certain aspects that are not included in our 7-Day Spiritual Retreat.
  • Travel Arrangements: We are not a travel agency and therefore, we do not provide assistance in making travel arrangements. Participants are expected to be autonomous in this regard.
  • Touristic Activities: While the district of Krabi has many wonderful attractions, we do not organize touristic activities. We believe that excessive touristic activities may hinder the primary aim of the retreat, which is to seek inner peace.
  • Alcohol and Drugs: We maintain a strict policy against the use of alcohol and drugs during the retreat. Any use of such substances will lead to immediate exclusion from the center.
  • Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in the buildings and immediate surroundings of the Ananta Center.
  • Currency Exchange: We do not offer currency exchange services. Participants are advised to bring Euros or US dollars and exchange them in Thailand.
  • Individual Rooms: Accommodation at the Ananta Center is shared. All rooms are for 2 people, and participants may have to share their room with another participant of the same sex.
Please note that while these aspects are not included, we ensure that the retreat is a holistic experience, focusing on meditation, yoga, and massages, all aimed at achieving inner peace and spiritual growth.

The nearest beach is a mere 3 km away, and our closest neighbors are Thai elephants from a local trekking camp.
