Guests also have at least two one-on-one consultations or sessions at CMH each week, including with a personal trainer and nutritionist. Daily exercise is part of the Personal Training plan, which may include group activities at CMH and/or outdoor fitness activities.

We are easily accessible, situated on Sookasam Road, Back of Niman, Chiang Mai. Our retreat is open from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 21:00 pm, and on Sunday from 12:00 Noon to 21:00 pm.
