Unique Features

At Ananta Center, we believe in the power of meditation and its ability to bring joy and tranquility into our daily lives. Our approach to meditation is unique and tailored to the individual's needs and comfort. One of the key features of our practice is the flexibility of time, place, and position for meditation. We understand that meditation should not be a self-imposed effort, but rather a moment of joy and a beneficial pause in your agitated daily life. Listening to your body is another unique aspect of our practice. We encourage our practitioners to change their position if they start feeling discomfort. We believe that rigorous postures like the lotus, zazen, seta, and so on have a meaning, but should only be taken if it is the right time for the individual.
