However, it's important to note that not all elements of our comprehensive yoga program are included in every class. Specifically, in our daily Yoga Nidra class, there are six key components that are not included:

  • Surya-Namaskara: This traditional sun salutation, which involves 48-60 rounds of mantras, is not part of the Yoga Nidra class.
  • Yin / Restorative Poses: While these long-held poses are a key part of our Yin / Restorative classes, they are not included in the Yoga Nidra class.
  • Vedic Hatha Yoga: Our Vedic Hatha classes focus on breathing exercises and poses to purify your pran channels. These elements are not included in the Yoga Nidra class.
  • Dynamic Flow: The Yoga Nidra class does not incorporate the movement and breath coordination that characterizes our Dynamic Flow classes.
  • Kundalini Yoga: The Kundalini Yoga techniques, which involve dynamic breathing, meditation, and mantra chanting, are not part of the Yoga Nidra class.
  • Prana Kriya: This is another element that is not included in the Yoga Nidra class.
