At Samadee Yoga, we provide a welcoming atmosphere for all levels of yoga practitioners. Our classes are conducted in both English and Thai, incorporating breathing exercises, mantra, and meditation. To ensure a comfortable experience, we recommend booking at least one day in advance and refraining from eating 2-3 hours before class.
In addition to our daily classes, we also host occasional harmonizing workshops and yoga teacher training courses. Our facilities are designed to help you rejuvenate, restore harmony, balance, health, and well-being.
