At Somewhere Only We Know, we strive to provide an immersive and unique experience for our guests. However, there are certain things that are not included in our package at the Jungle Spa & Retreat in Koh Phangan, Thailand.
- Firstly, while our villas are designed with a twist on Thai architecture and include standard amenities such as a slide from the bedroom to the beach or a fireman pole linking the floors, personal items and toiletries are not provided.
- Secondly, our unique excursions and experiences are carefully curated and tailored for each guest. However, these are not included in the package and require additional charges.
- Thirdly, while we offer a private restaurant and bar, these services are on request and need to be booked before 2pm on the same day for dinner and the day before for the bar.
- Fourthly, our resort is nestled in nature, providing a unique experience of living in harmony with the environment. However, due to our commitment to preserving the natural habitat, we do not provide artificial lighting on the nature trail at night. Flashlights are provided for guests' convenience.
- Fifthly, while we strive to maintain a harmonious balance with nature, we do not provide pest control services. We do our best to keep insects at bay with non-chemical traps, but we cannot guarantee a completely insect-free environment.
- Lastly, our resort is only accessible by foot down a nature trail. While this provides a unique and immersive experience, transportation services to and from the resort are not included in the package.
