We offer a range of Yoga Teacher Training Courses from 100 to 500 hours, catering to all levels of yoga aspirants.   • Start your day with a refreshing session of Meditation/Pranayama/Yoga Asana from 08:00 - 10:30.
  • After a short break, delve into Yoga Alignment/Teaching Methodology from 10:45 - 12:00.
  • Post lunch, engage in Philosophy/Anatomy/Mantra discussions from 13:00 - 15:00.
  • Enhance your skills with Yoga Adjustment/Yoga Therapy from 15:30 - 16:30.
  • Optional Yoga Group Classes are available from 18:15 - 19:15 and 19:30 - 20:30.
  • On certain days, we also arrange for sightseeing trips from 07:00 - 17:00.

What is not included

At Yoga School Thailand, we strive to provide a comprehensive and immersive experience in our "28 Days, Meditation & Kundalini Course". However, there are certain aspects that are not included in the course fee. These are:

  1.  Shopping Expenses: Any personal shopping expenses incurred during your stay are not covered in the course fee.
  2.  Food & Accommodation: While we provide a list of recommended places to stay and eat, the cost of food and accommodation is not included in the course fee.
  3.  Flight Tickets: The cost of travel to and from Thailand is not included in the course fee. Students are responsible for arranging their own flights.
  4. Visa Fee: Any fees associated with obtaining a visa to enter Thailand are not included in the course fee.
  5.  Transfer from/to Suvarnabhumi Airport: Transportation to and from Suvarnabhumi Airport is not included in the course fee. Students are responsible for arranging their own transportation.
  6.  Ayurvedic Treatments: While our course includes yoga therapy and Ayurvedic massage, any additional Ayurvedic treatments are not included in the course fee.
Please note that while these costs are not included in the course fee, we are more than happy to provide assistance and advice on arranging accommodation, transportation, and other logistics to ensure your stay in Thailand is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Our class sizes are intimate, ranging from 10 to 15 people, allowing for personalized attention and guidance.

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 30% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
