At Health Republic, our 28 Days Detox Programme in Koh Samui is designed to cleanse your body of toxins and rejuvenate your health. Here's a snapshot of what a typical day might look like:
- Relaxation: Start your day with a calm mind, preparing your body for the detox process.
- Detox Drinks: Throughout the day, you will consume five detox drinks to aid in the elimination of toxins.
- Herbal & Intestinal Cleanser Supplements: These proprietary supplements are taken to further assist in the detoxification process.
- Colemas: Two sessions per day (Coffee / anti-Candida / anti-Parasite) in our modern, hygienic Colema room.
- Vegetable Broth Soups: Two servings per day (Lunch & Evening) to provide nourishment while keeping the digestive system light.
- Herbal Steam: Two sessions per day to help open up the pores and expel toxins.

At Health Republic, our "28 Days, Detox Programme" is a comprehensive package designed to cleanse your body of toxins. The programme includes daily relaxation, five detox drinks, proprietary herbal and intestinal cleanser supplements, two Colemas per day, and use of our modern hygienic Colema room. Additionally, guests are provided with probiotic capsules, two vegetable broth soups per day, and two herbal steams per day. The programme begins with a pre-detox welcome and ends with a post-detox session, both of which are included in the package. Please note that accommodation is not included in the programme price.
