At Anahata Samui, our 21 Day Fitness Retreat is a comprehensive program designed to help you lose fat, gain muscle, and increase your overall fitness and mental attitude. However, it's important to note that there are certain elements that are not included in this retreat.
- Firstly, the retreat does not include Muay Thai or Thai Kickboxing training. This is a separate retreat at Anahata Samui, focusing on the national sport of Thailand and its benefits for fitness, mental focus, discipline, and emotional strength.
- Secondly, the retreat does not include a raw food detox. Our Raw Food Retreat is a different program that offers a daily schedule of raw food, smoothies, and detox juices, combined with yoga, meditation, and spa treatments.
- Thirdly, the retreat does not include a juice detox. This is a part of our Weight Loss Retreat, which includes a pre-cleanse with freshly prepared fruit and vegetable juices and raw food, followed by a juice fasting program.
- Fourthly, the retreat does not include a vegan menu. Our Weight Loss Retreat offers a healthy vegan and juice menu, but this is not a part of the Fitness Retreat.
- Fifthly, the retreat does not include holistic treatments. While some of our other retreats, such as the Weight Loss Retreat and the Raw Food Retreat, include a personal schedule of spa and holistic treatments, these are not included in the Fitness Retreat.
- Lastly, the retreat does not include a post-cleanse raw food menu. This is offered in our Weight Loss Retreat to support your transition back to a healthier lifestyle after the retreat.

To complement your physical activities, we provide a delicious and super-healthy high protein, low carb, reduced calorie all-inclusive meal plan.
