Unique Features

At Ananta Center, we believe in the power of mindful meditation, encouraging our members to find joy in the practice rather than viewing it as a self-imposed effort. We emphasize the importance of listening to one's body and adjusting meditation postures as needed to avoid discomfort. Our approach also places a strong focus on the role of breathing in maintaining cellular balance and calming the mind. Central to our teachings is the Zen principle of neither willing nor waiting for anything during meditation, promoting a state of being present and open to unexpected experiences.
