Bright Yoga was born out of the passion of Ricardo Martin, who discovered his love for yoga in his hometown, Venezuela, almost a decade ago. Trained by Larry Schultz in 2010, Ricardo, along with Joy, has since certified over 500 yoga teachers. Bright Yoga's philosophy is deeply rooted in the belief that yoga is a journey of self-discovery and self-improvement. - Asana Practice & Training: We offer extensive Asana practice and training sessions. These sessions are designed to help students master various yoga postures and improve their flexibility, strength, and balance.
- Theory Sessions: Our theory sessions cover a wide range of topics including asana clinic, practice technique, and more. These sessions are aimed at deepening students' understanding of yoga and its various aspects.
- Second Practice: In addition to the morning Asana practice, we also conduct a second practice session in the afternoon. This allows students to further refine their skills and techniques.
- Biomechanics: We provide training in biomechanics to help students understand the mechanical aspects of yoga postures and how they affect the human body.
- Anatomy & Physiology: Our course includes sessions on anatomy and physiology to give students a deeper understanding of the human body and how it relates to yoga practice.
- Indian Philosophy with Buddhism Philosophy: We offer sessions on Indian and Buddhism philosophy to help students understand the philosophical underpinnings of yoga and its origins.

What is not included:
In our "8 Days, Yin Yoga Retreat, in Krabi, Thailand", we strive to provide a comprehensive package for our participants. However, there are certain aspects that are not included in the retreat package. These are:
- Airfare and Transportation: Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat location in Krabi, Thailand.
- Yoga Mats: We encourage participants to bring their own yoga mats for personal use during the retreat.
- Accommodation Outside the Retreat Schedule: Accommodation is provided from 9-16 May, 2020. Any stay outside this timeframe is not covered by Bright Yoga.
- Extra Activities: Any additional activities such as trips, massages, or other services are not included in the retreat package.
- Dinner: While a breakfast buffet is included, dinner is not provided as part of the retreat.
- Accommodation for Non-Participants: If you are traveling with someone who is not participating in the retreat, their accommodation is not included in the package.
