What is not included

At Hope Rehab Thailand, we strive to provide a comprehensive and holistic approach to recovery. However, it's important to note that there are certain aspects that are not included in our 28 Days Mindfulness Program.

Firstly, our program does not include visits to local restaurants. While we do believe in the importance of exposure to everyday activities outside of treatment, these are not part of the 28 Days Mindfulness Program.

Secondly, detox services are not included in this specific program. We do provide alcohol detox and opiate detox using the latest methods to keep you comfortable, but these are separate services.

Thirdly, the Mindfulness Manual, a comprehensive guide for your practice, is not included in the 28 Days Mindfulness Program. This manual, along with special meditation beads and a compassion teddy bear, are additional resources that can be accessed separately.

Fourthly, the program does not cover all 20 topics that clients attend in two mindfulness classes per week. These topics are divided into first month, second month, and third month, and not all are covered in the 28 Days Mindfulness Program.

Fifthly, all-day refreshments are not part of the program. While we do provide soft drinks, healthy smoothies, our own brand bottled water, filter coffee, tea, and electrolyte drinks, these are not included in the 28 Days Mindfulness Program.

Lastly, team building activities are not included in this program. While we believe in the power of community and teamwork in recovery, these activities are not part of the 28 Days Mindfulness Program.
